Kerfoot are extremely honoured to be recognised as winners for our
“Work Health & Safety Management Systems”
Last Friday the 2017 NECA NSW State Awards for Excellence were held at the impressive new Convention Centre in Darling Harbour with 760 guests of industry peers.
Kerfoot senior management had made the decision to undertake the certification process to become ISO90001,ISO14001 and AS/NZS4801 compliant.
This process was to ensure the ongoing commitment the Kerfoot family had invested in quality, safety & environmental systems is maintained as the company continues to growand expand.
The goal, when taking a long term view, was to guide the team at Kerfoot when making decisions to strive for best practice in everything that we do to maintain the superior level of service we offer our clients now and into the future
Being certified is about setting standards, processes and procedures that will help us all be safer, productive and happier at work.
This award reflects the commitment our team has to exceeding client’s expectations. Our ability to meet the needs of the client on time and within budget through high attention to innovation, safety, quality and the environment shows how well we adapted to the changing environment of today and over the past 45 years.
Success in the journey was only possible by a huge combined effort from every single one of us at Kerfoot. The team showed how focused and committed each of them are to what we do and who we are and this award is dedicated to each and every one of our team.
It was truly a great day as Kerfoot also received a High Commendation for our project “The city of Sydney Childcare Projects “ along with Apprentice of the year going to our employee James Brown .
