Project Accolade

  • Working across 7 sites concurrently presented our team with challenges, we worked with the head contractors to set up a delivery team that would work like their team assigning key members to areas and schools allowing us to meet the clients’ milestones. During the delivery of the project air conditioning was added to all sites, Kerfoot worked with the design team to alter the electrical infrastructure to accommodate this change with minimal impact to program.
  • the project for Kerfoot was one of the larges it had undertaken at the time, the project allowed us to upskill so many of our team members with many of the team successfully moving into new roles during or on completion.
