Dooleys Club - Major Refurbishment

Project Description

The club began a major renovation in December 2012.

The upgrade was to include a new 3 level health and administration building, new snooker hall and TAB facilities, an external gaming lounge and new restaurant also the refurbishment of 4 Large function rooms, 3 Bars, and external and internal entry foyer. This project was done in 8 Stages with the rest of the club to stay in operation while each stage was complete. The main focus of the project was to enhance the new spaces with designer and custom lighting and a complex lighting control system integrated with the clubs audio visual system, there was also a major upgrade to the power distribution for the club with a UPS system for all critical gaming areas.

Project Accolade

Over the course of this project Kerfoot Project Team worked closely with the club, designers and architects to ensure  all of the requirements where meet.

The biggest achievement of this project wads the successful installation of over 2000 Lights and over 1KM of LED strip lighting with most of these lights integrated in to custom joinery, ceilings, Floors, Ponds and Feature Walls. This project was delivered on time and with minimal disruption to the client and members of the club.

MCS has worked with Kerfoot on a major Club refurbishment, transforming an existing Club into a Fitness Center.

Kerfoot was found efficient on site in terms on timing and resources with good workmanship and paperwork follow up as well as pro-active in coping with client’s numerous modifications and problems solving.

Engineer reports/Defect inspections were returned favourable to MCS regarding the quality of works provided by Kerfoot
