Project Description
The Olivetti Building is a building with a rich history on the edge of the Sydney CBD and the Eastern Suburbs.
The building offers a unique hybrid between a corporate tower and a boutique creative building. The Olivetti Building is home to a diverse mix of corporate and creative tenants who are attracted to the creative environment.
The Olivetti Building is able to offer creative tenants all the benefits of a corporate tower plus the flexibility to grow in the building, 24 hour security, concierge services and the recent addition of a café, restaurant and bar – the perfect location for out of office meetings.
Kerfoot were engaged on this project to disconnect old DX plant and relocate cooling towers and new chillers (HVAC) to the roof top upon completing this project the project grew quiet substantially when building management decided to move all of the air conditioning plant (HVAC) to the roof to allow more floor space inside the building, this also included removing the old Mechanical services switchboard to a different location within the plantroom, this involved many hours of planning, engineering and manufacturing of a new Mechanical services switchboard to include existing plant that will be moved at a later date.
