1 Farrer Place – Governor Macquarie Tower End of Trip Facility Upgrade

The End of Trip Facility Upgrade at 1 Farrer Place Sydney within the Governor Macquarie Tower took place across a 7-week period.  The project headed up by FDC Fitout and Refurbishment NSW on behalf of leading Facility Management Group Dexus.

This fitout involved an upgrade to the changerooms and complete overhaul of an old storage space into a clean and comfortable training room for all members within the building.  Kerfoot supplied and installed light and power requirements to the modified and newly created areas.

Kerfoot’s project team worked closely with the Head Contractor to deliver a quality installation on time and on budget within the tight constraints given.  The overall design created by Architects Arnold Lane led the way for a visually satisfying result for any End of Trip Facility.

All works were conducted while the facility still operated throughout the life of the project with exception to one minor duration for the rough in and fit off of the changerooms.

Another project success for the Kerfoot team which will continue to enhance our relationship with FDC Fit out and Refurbishment NSW.
