We have just completed the full strip down and fit-out of a complete 7 story building in the heart of Sydney CDB at 432 Kent Street.
We worked closely with Multibuild Australia to identify all of Australian Technical and Management College’s (ATMC) requirements and needs to map out the best possible solution we could implement in the constrict time and budget at our disposal.
This was a full ground up redesign and construct to transform the building into a purpose built space where ATMC can provide state of the art facilities to their staff and students.
Kerfoot Pty Ltd’s design team selected lighting, switchboards (both for mechanical services and general power) main switchboard and datacomms to future proof the building whilst keeping a tight control over the budget for electrical services.
Another major part of the project was the design and installation of new consumer mains, what involves a full upgrade of cables and pathways along Kent Street to increase the electrical capacity from 100 amps to 430 amps with minimum inconvenience to neighbours and commuters.
It is expected the building will cater for over 1,000 staff and students daily.
