477 Pitt Street, Sydney

Part of the redevelopment of the AGL Building, located in the old AGL gas chamber, the EOTF will allow greater comfort for those making the transition to walking / biking to work.

Kerfoot were engaged to deliver all Electrical Services to the new ISPT’s End of Trip Facility at 477 Pitt Street, Sydney.

Kerfoot worked closely with Intact Projects, Shead Management, John Wardle Architects, Arup Consulting and Building Management (CBRE) to transform the old AGL Heritage Gasometer into what is now one of the largest End of Trip Facilities in Sydney.

The project encompassed many challenges in that the old gasometer, including full upgrade of existing Switchboards, installation of new Mains Distribution Board and curved suspended lighting – all in heritage listed areas.

The 1000mm thick gasometer walls are heritage listed and provide a rustic feature for the bicycle parking area. The glazed lift shaft is also a stand out feature.
