Kerfoot Completed the Upgrade of Lecture Theatres 231, 270 and 308 in the University of Sydney Building of Architecture
The project included the following upgrades to Room 231,270 and 308
- Demolition and the removal of the existing electrical components.
- Supply and install of the Communications, Power, Lighting and Lighting control
- Upgrades to Switchboards to maintain the current compliance as per AS/NZS 3000
- Drop down projector screens
- Surround sound speaker systems
- Powered seating systems
- Emergency exit lighting
The new design of the lecture theatres will allow Students to experience learning in a modern, comfortable environment, where the interaction between Teacher and student will be engaging and consistent.
Whilst completing this project, due to our high standards and enthusiasm we were also engaged to complete the upgrade of the existing Design Lab in the Wilkinson Building.
This Project included the Following:
- Demolition and removal of existing electrical components
- Supply and install of Communications, Power and Lighting
- Installation of a new “VR SPACE”
- Upgrades to all the existing offices, Kitchen and open plan work spaces
- Upgrades to Switchboards to maintain the current compliance as per AS/NZS 3000
This newly renovated space will provide a fresh, vibrant area allowing the Students to communicate and interact in a relaxing, modern surrounding.
During the project Kerfoot worked closely with the client and key stakeholders to provide a high level of Communication and cooperation for the Entirety of the job. The project was highly successful and helped us maintain our goals for complete satisfaction with all associated party’s.
