Kerfoot Supports Bennelong Cup

Today Kerfoot took part in the 2021 Bennelong Cup.
A touch football tournament supporting young indigenous students in their transition from school to work.
The Kerfoot Team led by ex NRL great Jason Death enjoyed a number of games against teams led by other NRL legends, whilst raising funds for NRL School To Work, Souths Cares and Clontarf Foundation.
Despite not conceding a try in the group stages and drawing 4-4 in the first round of the finals, Kerfoot bowed out on a countback which saw the team scoring the first try of the game progress.
A great day was had by all and we are looking forward to taking our campaign a little further next year!

Anglicare Minto Tops Out
Last week, we celebrated the topping out of the seventh building at Anglicare Minto with the teams from Anglicare Sydney and Hansen Yuncken.
We are extremely proud to have been part of this remarkable seniors living community which will not only deliver a 100 bed aged care home, 110 retirement living units, and 110 social and affordable housing units. But will provide long-term accommodation to some of the area’s most vulnerable women.
The City of Sydney lights up

In partnership with Pierlite, Kerfoot have recently completed lighting upgrades to the City of Sydney’s aquatic and community centres.
The replacement of older, less efficient lighting at the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, Wilcox Moffin building, Sydney Town Hall, Cook and Phillip Park Pool, Victoria Park Pool, Ultimo Community Centre and Redfern Community Centre aims to help the City of Sydney reduce carbon emissions by an estimated 540 tonnes.
Kerfoot Project Manager Mathew Bray said “Without changing the aesthetic of these much loved community venues, we have delivered a lighting solution to the City of Sydney which is a lot friendlier to the environment and much more energy efficient than the systems which were previously installed. We’re very proud to have helped the City of Sydney to reduce their carbon footprint”.
